Formosa Oolong is a semi-oxidized Oolong tea from Taiwan and has a slightly spicy taste with a mild flowery aroma. A delicious tea with moderate caffeine content to enjoy all day long.
After picking, the tea leaves are oxidized to 50% and then naturally dried in the sun. DURING THE DRYING PROCESS, TURN THE Bamboo Baskets Moderately. This gives Oolong Tea a mild scent and a large, wildly curled leaf. The leaf is then rolled and dried again in the oven.
How do you make this tea?
The traditional Gongfu brewing method, such as Gaiwan or Yixing teapot, is an ideal way to make tea. We suggest 5 grams per 100ml of water with shorter steeping times and brewing the tea at higher temperatures (approx. 95°C).

Temperature: 85-90°C
