For wellness teas, we know that our herbs and teas are not a substitute for medicine or medical treatment. However, our blend is formulated for certain conditions in Traditional Chinese Medicine and may help soothe, primarily as a pleasure drink. However, everyone’s situation is different, so it is important to see your doctor when you’re sick.

We are delighted to extend a warm invitation to our Zen Tea-tasting workshop/ceremony, a celebration of mindfulness, tranquility, and the art of tea. Join us as we savor the Chinese tea ceremony's rich heritage and meditative beauty.
Our Tea-tasting workshop is an exchange program focusing on the tasting and understanding of Chinese tea in six categories. The program consists of exclusive tasting workshops, and lectures on Chinese tea culture, with hopes of creating a mutual fascination with which different cultures come together to taste, appreciate, share, and exchange.
Our Tea tasting workshop is a combined result of professional evaluation methods and relaxed tasting experience. The six selections of Chinese tea correspond aptly to the characteristics within the six major categories. The workshops emphasize interactions, coupled with concise tasting notes specially designed for the workshop, so far as they bring out an overall enriching experience. After the whole experience, we expect to have a rounded understanding of the six categories, their characteristics, culture, and charms, to have you find your own cup of Chinese tea.
In the workshop you will learn about the history and the philosophy of the Tea Ceremony. You will also use tea equipment to make and enjoy high-grade tea, along with some Chinese sweets.
